MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FORM
Please complete the application form below if you would like to become a member. Once your application has been recieved, we will contact you, as soon as we can, to let you know if your application has been successful or not.

Sign-up payment information PLEASE READ:
To sign-up we require your bank details, however, there will be NO PAYMENT TAKEN TODAY. The membership requires annual membership of £60 (£30 from April 6th 2021) for a Full Member or £25 for an Associate Member but the payment will only be made if your application is accepted.
We will review your application within 14 days and will inform you within that time, of whether you have met the required criteria and can be accepted as a member of The Association of Breast Clinicians.
If you are accepted, a payment of £60 (£30 from 6th April 2021) or £25 (depending on your membership type) will be taken from your bank account within the 14 days period and you will be informed by email and be issued a membership number. You will then be able to access the Membership Area on our website www.abcuk.org once you have requested a password.
You will see either 'AssocBreaC' or 'AssocOfBreastClinician' on your bank statement when your annual payment is made.
If you are not accepted then no payment will be taken and your data will be deleted from the system.
