The Association of Breast Clinicians (‘ABC’) is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. For the purpose of the General Data Protection Regulation, the data controller is The ABC Executive Committee.
Our nominated representative for the purpose of the GDPR is the vice president of the ABC.

The purpose of the ABC website is to provide all customers and visitors to the site with information about its business and services.
The ABC may collect information automatically from visitors and members when they use the site.
The ABC may collect information automatically from visitors and members when they complete and submit the online contact form. This includes the email address of those signed up to the newsletter, how long they have been a member, their name and password.
Personal data is collected from our members when they complete the online application form. This includes name and email address which is linked to the allocated ABC membership number.
The ABC keeps a record of when and how much the members have paid in subscription charges.
Any information that is gathered by The Association of Breast Clinicians is used to monitor site usage, and to respond to queries. Enquirer’s contact details are kept until the query is closed.

    The ABC takes the confidentiality and privacy of individuals very seriously. At no time does the ABC share personal data with third parties.
